Spark Engine provides AI research, development, and consulting services, including but not limited to: AI model development, multi-agent systems, and enterprise AI solutions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

When using our services, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt our services

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Spark Engine and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Spark Engine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information disclosed during the course of our business relationship. This obligation shall survive the termination of these terms.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page with an updated revision date.
